มีบ้าน ก็เท่ากับ ได้ที่ดินไปด้วย
อีกอย่าง ยิ่งไม่ชอบอยู่กรุงเทพด้วย ชลบุรีไปเล้ย (ยุ ยุ หาพวก )
ส่วนเรื่องรถ ยังไง๊ ยังไง เดี๋ยวก็มี 



มาอัพเดทตัวเองบ้างครับ
วันนี้ ทดลองงานวันแรก ที่การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค ประจำตัวเขต ก.2 ชลบุรี
แต่งต้วไปทำงานได้ อ๊อฟฟิศมาก
กางเกงสแล็ค เชิ้ตเหน็บชายเสื้อในกางเกง รองเท้าหนังเงาแว๊บ ผมหยิกไม่ต้องหวีเหมือนเคย (นายชอบให้แต่งเรียบร้อย)
ถึงออฟฟิศแต่ไก่โห่ เพราะนึกว่าจะรถติด ขับรถจากบ้าน 5o นาที
จนเริ่มงาน 8.30 น. ก็ยังไม่ค่อยมีคนมาทำงานอยู่ดี 

เริ่มงานที่แผนก ประมวลบัญชี
มาถึงเขาให้ลุยเลย ใช้ SAP เป็นโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปของทางกองการบัญชี
อยากจะบอกว่า บัญชีจ๋ามาก
Knockบัญชี ทำหัก ณ ที่จ่าย เดบิท เครดิต ปรับบัญชีลูกหนี้ เจ้าหนี้ การไฟฟ้าเจ้าหนี้โคตรเยอะเลย
เขตที่ผมอยู่ ต้องดูแล ชลบุรี ระยอง จันทบุรี ตราด ฉะเชิงเทรา
ตาย ตาย 

ที่สำคัญ ความรู้ลงไหไปหมดแล้ว สอบติดได้นี่ก็ฟลุคสุดยอดละ
แต่ไงก็สู้ๆ ต้องอยู่รอด และทำให้ได้ บัญชีก็บัญชีเหอะ 

สังคมและเพื่อนร่วมงาน
อันนี้ยังไม่เจอหัวหน้าแผนก ไปราชการ ตจว. ปลายเดือนถึงจะกลับ
ถ้าไม่นับหัวหน้าแผนก คนอื่นๆ ดูเป็นมิตรมาก พี่ๆในแผนกดูใจดี ให้ความรู้สึกอยู่กันแบบพี่น้อง
(เขาบอกว่า อย่านับช่วง สตง. กับ สตพ. ลงตรวจ ทุกคนจะแปลงร่างกันเป็นคนละคน) 

พรุ่งนี้ทำงานวันที่สอง
วันทำความสะอาดใหญ่(Big Cleaning day)
อย่างมากทำงานครึ่งวัน วันจันทร์หยุดวันพ่อ
จันทร์หน้าหยุดชดเชย รัฐธรรมนูญ
ทดลองงานเดือนธันวานี่ ดีงี้นี่เอง ไงก็นับ 30 วัน

พักกินข้าวที่ผ่านมา
เจอเพื่อนที่จพิ่งเข้าใหม่เหมื่นกัน เราก็ถามเขาไปว่า
เริ่มทำงานหรือยัง ได้ทำอะไรบ้าง
มองทีแรกนึกว่าเขาเป็นพนักงานช่างไฟฟ้า
ปรากฎเขาตอบว่า ได้ทำแล้ว จัดซุ้มดอกไม้ ยกโต๊ะยกของ ซ้อมร้องเพลง ฝึกอ่านประกาศ
เขาจบช่างไฟแต่ได้ไปทำประชาสัมพันธ์ ออกแบบโปสเตอร์ไรงี้ ไม่เข้าอย่างแรง เขาบอกแบบนั้น
เลยมองตัวเองว่า เอาวะ อย่างน้อยบัญชีเราพอรู้ ^^

วันนี้ Big Cleaning Day
ช่วยกันจัดสวนดอกไม้กันทั้งแผนกบัญชี (เฉพาะกองผมอ่านะ)
ตกเย็นใกล้เลิกงาน เหลืออีก 20 นาทีจะเลิก
เลยถามพี่เขาเล่นๆ ว่า พี่ครับ วันนี้เหนื่อยมาทั้งวันละ เลิกก่อนเวลาได้มั้ย
พี่เขาก็ลุกขึ้นยืนพร้อมเก็บกระเป๋า
พี่ว่าจะไปอยู่พอดี ไปไป เลิกงาน
พอแกพูดจบเท่านั้น ทั้งแผนกทุกคนเก็บของเรี๊ยบบบบ กลับกันหมด 
วันอันคารกลับมาค่อยมาเซ็นต์ชื่อเลิกงานของวันศุกร์

Since I've been working here, Blast Innovation, for 16 months and I'm very happy to work with you guys. Do I make you satisfied with my responsibilities? If yes, please continue reading this mail. On the other hand, I still need your comment no matter what the answer is.

I have 2 things to discuss with you, as my own personal request.

1. I would like to ask for a vacation holiday on 20th-24th January 2012. There are 3 weekdays (Fri, Mon, and Tue).
I have plan for vacation with my girlfriend for celebrating our 8th year anniversary
,and she's already got the permission to leave on those days. Therefore, I'd like to ask request from you as soon as possible. Hope you will allow for this.

2. My salary
I have no idea what you do in your Australian company, like what is your criteria for determining salary increases. In my opinion, it's probably good for all, if you (directors) evaluate us in every work year or maybe at the end of calendar year. Then I think you will get the idea about increasing someone's salary or not.
I do know that we haven't got the real profit from what we are doing yet. But I'm very sure about what I need to take the responsibility with is much more than when I started to work here, and the load is still gaining up. Isn't it? Especially when comparing to others' salary, I got the least of them. I can understand if you reply me and say no with the reason about why it's not proper time to talk about it. But I'll be very pleased if your kindness concern about it.

For my part i am mostly happy with your work, I think everyone can continue to improve in areas, as I am sure you will as time goes on. Taking suggestions raised by Doctor, Steve and I as to things to try to work on better is an important way to learn how to improve for yourself and us.

Holiday no problem, thanks for the notice. Hope to see you to continue to grow with us and be rewarded appropriately for the level of responsibility you raise to carry and your productivity, we can discuss next year your wages once we start to bring money in from customers on jobs.

I see this email after the first one I reply to already, so u see my thinking even not seeing is email.
Between me and you, Arm is getting more then he is worth at the moment, I want to review salaries next year after holiday, I think you should get more, I'd like to tie the timing in to when we start to get paid for first hotel project.
My plan in the future is you are our highest paid person, but i want you as a partner on profit share and base salary. Doctor thinks you are a bit lazy, but I understand you /how you think and where you are at in your growth, you have a lot of potential and still young, if you keep progressing as you have for the last 16 months with me, you will not need to worry about money or any other job in the future you can work with me to grow our business group here and make a lot of money.
Let me know if you are ok with what I have said? Like I say before any problems you can tell me no worry.
