MSN เข้าไม่ได้?

คืออะไรครับ ผมไม่เข้าใจ ???  ตอบผมหน่อยนะคร้าบ

เน็ทเล่นได้เป็นปกติครับ  แต่ MSN เข้าไม่ได้ครับ 

   มันบอกว่า มีปัญหาให้คลิกที่   Troubleshoot  แต่พอคลิ๊กแล้วมันก็ปกติดีทุกอย่าง
ไม่มีอะไร Errer  อย่างที่มันบอก  ???  แล้วทำไมมันเข้าไม่ได้ ???   ผมไม่เข้าใจครับ   

เครื่อง PC  มันเข้าได้ครับ

แต่โน๊ตบุ๊มันทำไมเล่นไม่ได้ครับ ( ผมจาเล่นที่ที่โน๊ตบุ๊ค ครับ       )

อาการเป็นยังไงครับ

ของผมเพิ่งซ่อมได้เมื่อวานซืน อาการคือ msn เปิดได้ แต่พอ login แล้ว เกิดอาการค้าง จนต้อง end task ไปเลย วิธีแก้คือโหลดตัว 8.1 beta มาใช้ครับ หายสนิท

ใครมีคำแนะนำสำหรับการหาทางแก้หรือวิธีแก้ไขไหมคะ

SYMPTOMS
Windows Live Messenger could not sign you in because the sign-in name you entered does not exist or your password is incorrect. Error code: 80048823

SOLUTION
Before you start. Did you enter correct Username and Password?

1. The date on your computer needs to be set properly. Double click the clock verify that
the time and date are set.
2. If your password information is not saved, verify that you are typing it in with the
correct case (uppercase or lowercase).
3. Change your password at http://memberservicesnet.passport.com/memberservice.srf to
something smaller (under 10-12 characters), then try signing in again.
4. If you use a firewall (like ZoneAlarm, Norton Internet Security etc.), it's possible
that Messenger doesn't have the correct rights to access the Internet, especially since you
upgraded. You may need to re/add Messenger to the allowed list of programs in your firewall
if this is the case.
5. If you disabled your firewall in the past, it still may be blocking Messenger. Try
restarting it and see if that helps the situation. You also might try uninstalling an
installed firewall, to verify that it isn't causing a problem (even if it is disabled).
6. Clear your IE cache and cookies. Open Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu, then
Internet Options, then click the Delete Files button, and when that's complete click the
Delete Cookies button.
7. Check your IE Security settings. Open Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu, then
Internet Options, then Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section, and verify that "Check
for server certificate revocation" is unchecked. Also verify that 'Use SSL 2.0' and Use SSL
3.0' is checked, then click OK.
8. Click Start, then Run, and enter the following:
regsvr32 softpub.dll
then click OK
and do the same for the following:
regsvr32 wintrust.dll
regsvr32 initpki.dll
9. If using MSN Messenger 7, click the Tools menu, then Options, then Connection category,
click the Advanced Settings button, uncheck all the options, click OK twice and then try
again.

- วิธีอื่นๆในลิสต์นั้นทำไปหมดเท่าที่ทำได้แล้ว

แต่ยังไม่มีอะไรดีขึ้น

แต่เท่าที่ค้นดูใน กก. ได้ความประมาณว่า
มันเป็นป็นหาของ ie กะ Java อะไรเทือกๆนี้แหละ

ให้ลองเข้าไปลบค่า cache ของ ie หรือไม่ก็ disable มันไปซะ
ตามนี้เลยครับ

Symptom:

What the error means:

Internet Explorer is displaying this message because it has encountered this error when trying to run some JavaScript on the page.
Possible Causes and Remedies:

    * The problem may be related not with the site but with the contents of Internet Explorer's cache.

    Internet Explorer may be using some old files from its cache instead of retrieving newer versions from the site. Try deleting all of Internet Explorers temporary files (Tools > Internet Options ... > Delete Files ) and then refresh the page view. If the error persists then it is a fault with the page.

    * The page contains a genuine JavaScript error.

      If the page is yours (i.e. one that your are developing or one for which you are the webmaster responsible) then its up to you to debug the problem. Otherwise ignore the error (select 'No' to debug) and see if you can carry on.

This error can be disabled:

   1. Within Internet Explorer select 'Tools', 'Internet Options'.
   2. Select the 'Advanced' tab.
   3. Tick the option 'Disable script debugging' (under 'Browsing').
   4. For the setting change to take effect close down all Internet Explorer windows and restart.

Note: If you are a JavaScript developer (or webmaster) then it is probably wise to leave script debugging enabled.

เพราะเท่าที่ค้นๆดู ปัญหานี้นักเล่นเน็ตเจอกันบ่อยพอสมควร
อาจจะได้คำตอบที่ดีกว่านี้..

เข้าได้ แต่บางทีมันก็อืดๆแล้วก็แฮงค์ไป

พักนี้เป็นบ่้อย น่ารำคาญที่สุด 

เป็นอีกแล้ว 

แฮงค์ไปแล้วก็ขึ้นมาว่า ก๊อปไม่ได้

เวลาทักแล้วเขาแฮงค์ เขาทักมาแล้วแฮงค์

ก็เลย appear offline ไว้
