I have no idea about thailand english programs. they're all fuck. Everything they're trying to do is make thai people good at grammar - but that fuck grammar won't help when you're stuck on New Zealand or any place like that.So, That Damn English grammar grade will tell you nothing for me.

On my mind i think you should practice both your english skill, Grammar and speaking.

If you can speak with fluently but you can't write it it's still not good enough. In the other hand you can write without mistake but you can't talk with any foreigne.
it's still useless.

So Practice make perfect.
