FontLab VI Public Preview 2 is not a “signed” app, so Mac OS X sees it as coming from an “unidentified developer.”

To run FontLab VI Public Preview, please:
Right-click on FontLab VI.app and choose “Open.” Click on “Open” in the dialog box that appears. (You’ll need to do it only once with this build.)

Other important places:

Our user forum is the place to read release notes, report bugs, discuss features, and so forth
Documentation is still sketchy, but keyboard shortcuts and other important info is there. It will get better.
