เผอิญมีองค์กรหนึ่ง (ที่จริงก็หลายเจ้าแหละ  :04:) มาติดต่อขอซื้อฟอนต์(ที่แจกฟรีในF0nt)
เพื่อนำไปใช้งานเชิง commercial และงาน TV และงานอื่นๆ
พวก Print / TV offline / TV online / Mobile Application ฯลฯ

ควรที่จะคิดราคาหรือทำเอกสารอะไรอย่างไรดีครับ .....หรือจะไม่ทำเลย เพราะมันแจกฟรี :55:

ถ้าไม่ได้ให้มีการดัดแปลงแก้ไขอะไร ก็ขอเป็น donate ก็ได้ครับ เพราะไหนๆ ก็แจกฟรีอยู่แล้ว  :12:

พอบอกว่าได้ เขาก็แปะข้อความจากสัญญาอนุญาตแนบท้ายในหน้าโหลดฟอนต์ของใครจำไม่ได้ละ ที่บอกว่าห้ามใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์
เลยงง เหมือนข้อความจะกำกวมจริงๆ ด้วย :3005: ยังไงก็ลองดูในกระจู๋ปักหมุดข้างๆ ดูนะครับ มีแม่แบบข้อความที่น่าจะโอเคมากๆ ล่ะ

We are writing in relation to the licence of a certain font from xxxx, trading as xxxxx to xxxxxxx in accordance with the terms set out below:

1. Licence
With effect from the date of this letter, xxxxx grants to xxxxx and its related and/or affiliated entities (including but not limited to parent companies, wholly or partly owned subsidiaries and wholly or partly owned sister companies) (collectively, xxxxx Entities), an unlimited, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, publish, distribute, reproduce, exhibit and broadcast the font currently entitled "xxxxx" (a sample of which is set out in the attached Exhibit A) (Font) in any manner and for any purpose it deems fit, via all platforms (including, but not limited to, on-air, print, mobile applications and websites) whether currently existing or later devised.

2. Fee
In consideration of the licence granted hereunder, xxxxx shall make a one-time payment to xxxxx in the amount of US$xxxxx (Fee), which is the full and final fee required for the licence of the Fonts.  

3. Rights
xxxxx represents and warrants to xxxxx that:
(a)   the Font is the original work of xxxxx and xxxxx is the sole owner of all copyright and all other rights, interests and titles in and to the Font; and
(b)   the Font and the granting of the licence hereunder does not and shall not violate or infringe upon any law or right of any person, including, without limitation, contractual rights, copyrights, trademarks, service marks or any other right of any person or entity; and
(c)   the Font is not the subject of any litigation or claim that might give rise to litigation.

xxxxx acknowledges and agrees that the relevant xxxxx Entity shall own all rights to use any and all its work product which incorporates the Font.

4.   Assignment
xxxxx agrees that xxxxx may freely assign and/or sublicence the rights licensed hereunder to any xxxxx Entity, without any further approval from xxxxx.

5.   Governing Law
This letter is governed by English law.

คำว่าเชิงพาณิชย์เนี่ย ส่วนใหญ่จะไม่เข้าใจ คิดว่าหมายถึงการเอาไปใช้ในงานที่ทำเงิน

ในกรณีห้ามนำไปจำหน่ายต่อ ผมคิดว่าแปะท้ายว่า "ห้ามให้เช่าหรือจำหน่ายโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต" น่าจะตรงจุดครับ

ใช่ครับ ต้องไม่ใช่คำว่า ใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ อันนี้หมายถึงเอาไปใช้ทำงานหาเงิน (ซึ่งโดยมากเราจะอนุญาตใช่มะ)
ต้องบอกตามที่ว่าครับ หรือไปดูในจู๋ปักหมุดข้างๆ ก็ได้
