แต่อันที่จริงไปตีหรือปล้นเมืองเดิมซ้ำ ๆ ของกับเงินที่เราเอากลับมาได้มันน่าจะน้อยลงไปเรื่อย ๆ นะคะ แต่ก็ไม่แน่ใจเหมือนกันเพราะยังไม่เคยปล้นใคร

The Watch Tower
The Watch Tower Alliance is a group of individuals believing in one common cause.
They believe in the right to seek wealth with liberty in opposition to tyranny. The Watch Tower is to secure these rights that colonies are instituted among men and women. Just as an individual may take whatever actions he deems necessary to ward off his destruction or the perceived threat of his destruction.
The waging of aggressive war "essentially an evil thing...to initiate a war of aggression...is not only a crime within The Watch Tower alliance, but also a crime within the alliances under our treaties. It is only from other war crimes in that it contains within itself the accumulated evil of the whole.
Formally, a colony would lay out its reasons for going to war, as well as its intentions in prosecuting it and the steps that might be taken to avert it. In so doing, the colony would attempt to demonstrate that it was going to war only as a last resort and that it in fact possessed "just cause" for doing so. Effectively The Watch Tower today only allows three situations as legal cause to go to war: out of self-defense, defense of an ally under a mutual defense pact, or sanctioned by the Diplomatic Advisor. Any war for another cause is considered illegal and those who engage in it subject to for removal from the alliance.
